Minimum deposit
The current published minimum for Dukascopy Bank and Dukascopy Europe trading accounts is USD 100 or equivalent. Payment-method minimums, account type and entity requirements can differ.
Spreads and commission
Dukascopy advertises EUR/USD spreads from 0.1 pips. JForex self-trader FX commission begins at USD 35 per USD 1 million for balances and volumes below USD 5,000/5 million and can fall to USD 14 at the published highest tier. MT4 and MT5 add USD 5 per USD 1 million. Instrument, entity, balance and recent volume determine actual cost.
Execution
JForex provides access to the SWFX marketplace with a common data feed and liquidity from more than 20 banks. Dukascopy Bank remains counterparty to client trades. MT4 and MT5 use market execution; slippage, rejection and partial fills can occur, so no price or latency guarantee is implied.
Maximum leverage
The highest verified leverage the Dukascopy group can provide across all regions is 1:300 through Dukascopy Europe for eligible accounts after request. It is not universal: Dukascopy Bank publishes up to 1:200, its default is 1:100, current EU retail pages commonly show 1:30, Japan retail FX is limited to 1:25, and instrument, client classification, platform, equity and off-market periods can reduce leverage.
Margin close-out
On JForex, margin call begins when leverage use exceeds 100% and margin cut applies at 200%; exposure can be reduced toward 100%. On MT4 and MT5, margin call is at or below 100% margin level and stop-out at or below 50%. Japan and other entity rules differ, and rapid markets can produce losses beyond the intended threshold.

Forex, CFDs and binary options can cause rapid or total losses. The displayed 1:300 is the highest verified group capability, not a recommendation and not a condition available to every client. Deposit or investor-compensation schemes do not cover ordinary market losses.

Dukascopy Bank 10% Equity Bonus

A conditional credit of 10% of current account equity, capped at USD 50,000 in active bonuses. Any withdrawal before the required volume is reached cancels the bonus and can increase leverage use or trigger close-out.

Eligible self-trading clients can apply for a conditional credit equal to 10% of account equity within 30 days after their latest deposit. The credit is additional trading margin and is treated as a commission discount, not immediately withdrawable cash.

Eligibility: Dukascopy Bank self-trading accounts accepted into the programme. Required trading volume must be reached within one year; certain introduced, custody-related or contest-linked accounts may be refused.
