The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) added ACRUXE GLOBAL LIMITED to its warning list on 25 August 2026. The regulator said the entity may be providing or promoting financial services without permission and may be targeting people in the UK.

This is a regulatory warning, not a criminal judgment or a court finding of fraud. The FCA’s confirmed conclusion is that the entity is not authorised or registered by it.

Institutions and key facts

The FCA warning identifies acruxeglobal.com and notes that almost all firms carrying out or promoting financial services in the UK must have the appropriate authorisation or registration. It also cautions that unauthorised firms may provide inaccurate contact information or change it over time.

The website describes forex, CFD, equity and digital-asset investment services and displays short-duration return plans calculated on a daily basis, alongside guarantee-style marketing claims. These are the website’s own statements: they are not endorsed by the FCA and have not been independently verified by TraderVote. They are cited only to explain the warning’s direct relevance to trading markets.

The FCA says consumers dealing with this entity would not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or protection under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

Impact on traders and firms

A company registration, management-system certificate, website history or use of investment terminology is not the same as a financial-services licence. Frequent fixed returns, minimised risk language and digital-asset payment arrangements all warrant enhanced checks of identity, permissions and the destination of funds.

Compliant brokers should ensure that authorisation can be independently verified through the regulator’s official tools. Partners, affiliates and marketing channels should also verify that an entity has permission for the exact product and target market involved.

TraderVote view

The regulatory finding and the website’s claims must remain separate. The FCA confirms unauthorised status and possible UK targeting; the products and return plans are self-published claims. Marketing language is not evidence, and a regulatory warning must not be recast as a conviction without a judicial outcome.

Anyone who has already provided identity information or funds should preserve communications and payment records, contact the relevant payment provider promptly, and report the matter through the FCA and local law-enforcement channels.
